David graduated from the University of the Pacific in 1995. He has taken extensive course work over the last 25 years including orthopedic manual therapy residencies, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) residency, Osteopathic Manual therapy coursework through the Ursa Foundation, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, among others. David’s first Counterstrain course was in 1999 from the Jones Institute and he then became Jones Strain Counterstrain Certified. Counterstrain has been David’s passion since the early 2000’s and the introduction of Fascial Counterstrain completely changed his practice. He is now in the instructor training program with the Counterstrain Academy. David founded Body Systems in 2018 to build a specialized practice to provide exceptional outcomes and provide a platform for continued growth of the technique in Anchorage as well as elsewhere.

Raoul graduated from massage school in Houston Texas in 2019. He has taken a wide range of manual therapies over the last 5 years including being certified in Muscle Activation Techniques; a practitioner of a neurologic manual therapy called Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex; & has experience in several massage techniques. He started practicing Fascial Counterstrain in 2019 and after seeing the results of Fascial Counterstrain (FCS), he has totally committed himself to mastering this technique.
